How to Contact Us Reach out to us at theoryofrebellion@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

Return & Refund Window You may request a return or refund within 180 days of delivery. For misprinted, damaged, defective items, or lost packages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Conditions Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We cannot accept items that are worn, stained, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect: tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks. Items accurately produced to your submitted design that are later deemed unwanted are also not eligible.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in the original purchase currency. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
